This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all reservations made directly with Alpine Resort through our website alpine.qorezo.com , via email, phone, or at the property.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Please review the rate-specific terms displayed during the booking process.

| More than 7 days | Full refund minus payment gateway charges (if any). |
| 3 – 7 days | 50% of total booking amount refunded. |
| Less than 72 hours | No refund (100% cancellation charges). |
| No-show | No refund (100% booking value charged). |

For non-refundable bookings, promotional offers, or special event dates, the full booking amount may be charged at the time of reservation and will not be refunded in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
If you check out earlier than the original departure date, refunds for unused nights are subject to management approval and rate plan terms.
In some cases, we may allow date changes or issue a stay credit instead of cancellation. This is subject to availability and potential rate differences.
