These Booking & Payment Terms (“Terms”) apply to all reservations made directly with
Alpine Resort (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website at

via email, phone, messaging platforms, or at our property.
1. Booking Confirmation
- A reservation is confirmed only after payment is received (full or partial, depending on rate plan) and a booking confirmation is issued.
- You are responsible for providing accurate guest and contact details for communication and check-in requirements.
- Certain bookings may require identity verification or additional information before confirmation.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners, which may include:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex, etc.)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets, EMI, or other gateway-supported options
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Razorpay, Stripe, PhonePe, Paytm, Cashfree, PayPal or other approved partners. We do not store card, UPI PIN, CVV, or online banking credentials on our systems.
3. Payment Models & Deposits
Rate plans or promotional offers may require one of the following:
- Full Prepayment: 100% of the total amount due at the time of booking.
- Advance / Deposit Payment: A partial amount due at booking; remaining balance payable before or during check-in.
- Pay at Hotel (if available): A valid payment method may be required to guarantee the booking. Final settlement is made at the property.
- Security Deposit (if applicable): A refundable deposit may be collected to cover incidentals or damages.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
- Prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Taxes, fees, and service charges (including GST) will be shown during checkout before payment.
- Prices may vary based on occupancy, date, special events, or seasonal demand.
- In case of tax changes mandated by authorities, the revised taxes will apply and be collected even after booking.
5. Cancellation, No-Show & Refunds

Rate-specific rules (e.g., non-refundable, early bird, last-minute, or special event rates) will override general conditions.
- Failure to arrive (“No-show”) may result in charges up to the full booking amount.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method via our payment partner.
- Refund timelines vary by bank or provider and generally take 5–10 business days.
6. Changes or Modifications
- Modifications are subject to availability and may require rate adjustment.
- Certain promotional or restricted rate plans may not allow changes or name transfers.
7. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must comply with hotel policies, safety guidelines, and local laws.
- A valid government-issued ID is required for all staying guests at check-in.
- Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or additional cleaning charges caused during their stay.
8. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Fraud
- If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we may assist and resolve the concern.
- Unfounded or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to legal recovery, cancellation of future bookings, or reporting to payment networks.
- We may share booking and transaction information with our payment partners for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your booking shall not exceed
the amount paid for the reservation in dispute. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or
events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, government restrictions, or network outages).
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of Pauri Garhwal.
