In accordance with local statutory regulations, all guests (domestic and international) must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Voter Card, or Driving License) at the check-in desk. PAN cards are not accepted as proof of identification. Additionally, a pre-authorization of INR 5,000 per night (or equivalent in foreign currency) will be secured on your credit card or collected via bank transfer/cash to cover any incidental charges. This holding is released upon departure, subject to a final room inspection.

Standard check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early arrivals between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM can be requested and are subject to room availability, billed at 50% of the daily group rate. Arrivals prior to 6:00 AM require booking the room from the previous night. Similarly, late check-outs up to 6:00 PM are subject to occupancy levels and incur a half-day tariff; check-outs after 6:00 PM will be billed at the full daily rate.

To claim Input Tax Credit (ITC), please provide your company's official billing name, registered address, and valid 15-digit GSTIN at the time of reservation or prior to check-in. As per Rule 46 of the CGST Rules 2017, we are legally unable to modify or append GST details once the final tax invoice has been generated at check-out. All corporate charges must be settled directly by the corporate entity or via an authorized corporate credit card.

We offer complimentary 24-hour valet parking in our secure multi-level underground parking facility for all registered guests. The garage is monitored by security personnel and features continuous CCTV coverage. In alignment with our sustainability initiatives, we also provide two dedicated Level 2 EV charging stations (Type 2 connectors), available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please notify the valet team upon arrival for assistance with charging.

Yes, private airport transfers can be arranged through our concierge desk using our fleet of executive sedans. Transfers from the international/domestic terminals are billed at a flat rate of INR 3,500 plus applicable taxes per way. To ensure vehicle availability and coordinate flight tracking, reservation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to arrival, along with airline name, flight number, and estimated time of arrival.

Our culinary department operates a segregated kitchen workflow to prevent cross-contamination. We regularly accommodate gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, Halal, and Jain diets. Please indicate any severe allergies or dietary preferences when booking your reservation or notify the F&B manager upon arrival. For safety reasons, in-room dining orders requiring allergen-free preparation may require an additional 15–20 minutes of preparation time.
